• VertiKal LimiTs Branded items may be exchanged or returned within 7 days of purchase with exceptions to “CUSTOM” items.   Custom items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. DEPOSITS for custom items are non-refundable as well. If there is an error made on our part related to your “DESIGN WORK” we will gladly reprint within 3 business days of purchase for custom items only.  Item must be returned to us before replacement is made.  Item must not have been worn. ALL design work is NON-REFUNDABLE.

I placed an order but I requested the wrong color size or styles shirt, can I exchange it for the correct one?

• Only VertiKal LimiTs branded tees may be exchanged or returned for store credit. “Custom” tee colors, sizes and styles are confirmed at time orders are placed and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Can I get my shipping cost refunded?

• Shipping is non-refundable.

What is the turn around time for custom shirts?

• Custom orders placed before 10:00 am Monday – Friday are available 7 business days or less provided NO work has to be done to your artwork provided.  Orders not received by 10:00 am are  considered received the next business day.  It may take up to 6 “BUSINESS” days before we are able to complete print, if we have to edit your image in anyway.  If you need your orders sooner, up to a 50% rush fee may be applied.

NOTE- ORDERS ARE NOT CONSIDERED PLACED UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.

How do I submit my design to VL?

• You may send via email to sales@vlctees.com.

Can VertiKal Limits create a custom design for me or may I have a visual mock up or proof of my design on a tee?

• Yes. Please call us directly or e-mail your request with details on what you would like included in your design and we will submit a sample mock-up to you.  A design fee is required for all design work and or proof creation.  If you place an order within the next 14 days for printed material, the design fee will be applied to balance.  If you decide not to order the design fee is not refundable as it is considered payment for our time and skill to create our interpretation of your request.

I see a shirt design that I like but I’m not too fond of the colors available, can I order that shirt in a color not listed?

• Yes. please send an email or call or leave a note when placing orders on specific print colors. Fee may apply.

I have a design that I like but I’m not too fond of the shirt styles available, can I order that design on a style not listed?

• VertiKal Limits supplies all custom orders with a standard men’s crew neck t-shirt for FREE. However, we will gladly print the design on any t-shirt style that you provide for us. We will also provide any style apparel that you request for an additional fee.

What is the largest size shirt you sell?

• We sell up to size 6XL. If ordering a shirt size 2XL – 6XL, $2.75 will be added per shirt ordered for white shirts. For colored shirts (other than white) sizes 2xl -6XL, up to $3.50 (may be less) per shirt will be added to your bill.
